2026 AI Builders Workshop Application

Participation in the AI Builders Workshop is granted through a formal application process due to limited slots. Submission of this application does not guarantee a seat. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by September 18th. Details for travel arrangements will be sent at that time.

Notification of Acceptance: If Accepted, notifications will be sent no later than September 18, 2026

Eligibility & Priority
This workshop is open to CCCHST Members in good standing only. Applications from non-members will not be considered.

Priority consideration will be given to applicants who:
• Hold an active profile in the CCCHST Data Management System (DMS), and
• Actively enter training numbers into the DMS on behalf of their organization.

Remaining seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis among all other eligible applicants.

Please do not book travel until you have received written notice of acceptance.

The following travel expenses are reimbursable for accepted participants, up to the caps listed below. Detailed reimbursement instructions and submission procedures will be provided upon acceptance.

Reporting Requirement: Active members are required to report training delivered in their communities. This is done by logging training into the NPETE Data Management System (DMS) — including number of students trained, hours of instruction, and course types. NPETE reports this data directly to NIEHS as part of HWWTP program compliance.

Tech Readiness Checklist

Day 2 involves building with AI tools. Please confirm you will arrive ready:

Claude Pro includes Claude Code. ChatGPT Plus includes Codex. Free plans do not include the build tools.

Claude users: install Claude Code through the Claude Desktop app (no coding experience required). ChatGPT users: install Codex. Setup instructions will be sent ahead of time.
